If you’re daunted by the chaotic evolution of LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT, you’re not alone. Fail to take advantage of them early, they say, and your competitors will overtake you; fail to use them thoughtfully, though, and you’ll give your audience the creeps because they can feel something is off. (See: uncanny valley effect.) We can help you look at your workflow and determine safe entrypoints for new technology, and we can help you create an internal policy to guide internal use of LLMs. An intentional AI policy will help you and your team stay true to shared values, which at least for now, the robots can’t quite do. For example, at Typecoast, we will never share machine-generated words or images — the em dashes, matchy-matchy paragraphs, and overused rule-of-three sentence constructions are our own.
SEO + AI Visibility Analytics Management
With a combination of the best analytic tools at our fingertips, we can help you work to improve your rankings across search engines and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) through competitor analysis and visibility assessments across keywords and actual LLM conversations. Quick-fix SEO plugins and hacks can improve traffic and visibility, but we’ve found that pouring a lot of money into SEO doesn’t actually turn into reaching the people you want to reach. Redesigning a website’s exterior is a great opportunity for also looking at your organizational interior. That might include designing intranet landing pages, building fully automated project management systems, creating apps for specific repeated processes, or ideating customer intake flows.
