Terms

  1. Projects $3000 and below:
    1. Full payment is due to commence work;
    2. Payment constitutes purchasing an option for Permaform LLC to perform work and is nonrefundable if that work is no longer wanted (that said, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes outside client’s control).
  2. Projects $3000 and higher:
    1. Fees broken up into multiple payments are due at agreed upon times. Late fees will be incurred after a 15 day grace period, totalling 5% of the amount due, per month, not to exceed 35%.
    2. Should client and Permaform wish to terminate the project, prorated refunds may be issued for work not yet completed.
  3. Other terms for all projects
    1. Client is responsible for finding errors or requesting revisions in a timely manner; Should bugs, errors, typos or issues be discovered, Permaform LLC will do its best to remedy, up to three months after launch/publication/iteration
    2. Fees, and payment of fees, are not to be impeded by project management issues or taste issues, and Permaform LLC will not be responsible for client delays (example: if a website’s Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in April, but client wishes to postpone Phase 2, Permaform does not guarantee that the payment deadlines will be adjusted).
    3. Taste is in the eye of the beholder; client agrees that revision limits will be adhered to, and that payment or progression to subsequent phases will not be impeded by artistic distaste. (Example: a painting company comes to paint your house; they do a solid job, but you don’t like the color once it’s on the walls. They still ought to be paid for the labor, materials, and value.)
    4. For web projects, client always owns any domain name transferred to Permaform LLC’s care, whether accounts are in arrears or not. If domain expiration is coming up, and the account is in arrears, client is responsible for renewal.
    5. Client is responsible for proofreading all deliverables
    6. For original design and brand work, client does not have full ownership of the work until final payment is made; this doesn’t apply to projects submitted to Permaform LLC for revision, or projects previously designed by Permaform. (However, it would apply to the revisions themselves.)
    7. Client asserts that anything provided to Permaform LLC (written content, artwork, testimonial citations, logo use) is within client’s rights to use and display, and Permaform LLC asserts the same for anything provided to client
    8. Client is awesome for reading this whole thing, and Permaform LLC is amenable to edits to any of the terms before work commences
